CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR TRAINING COURSES
Due to the nature of the service that we provide and the unique course content, please note that cancellation and refunds are treated in a different way to the purchase of products from our shop.
Your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 remain unaffected by our cancellation policy.
Please use the cancellation form on this page or notify us by eMail at admin@dermagraph.co.uk if you wish to cancel or reschedule a booked training course.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Reserving your place on one of the Dermagraph courses requires a deposit payable at time of booking. If you decide to cancel within 14 days of booking, you may transfer your booking to another date or receive a full refund. This is on the condition that training has not commenced and you have not yet received course materials.
If we are unable to hold your course on the advertised date, you will be informed at our earliest opportunity and entitled to; a full refund of any payment made, or a place on an alternative course date. Refunds are limited to course fees and do not include cost of travel or accommodation.
If you would like to cancel after the 14 day period but before the final payment date for the course (one week before the start date) we will charge an administration fee of £100 + VAT to contribute towards the cost of allocating your space to another student.
Deposits will not be refunded after the final payment date, except in the case of a medical emergency. We will require a letter from a medical professional before processing refunds after the final payment date.
If you decide to cancel after paying the full cost of the course, but before attending training or receiving course materials, we will refund the course fees paid, less the deposit.
No refunds can be given once training has commenced and you have been given the course materials. If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, we will try to accommodate your attendance on an alternative course date. Please note that; due to limits on class sizes, we cannot guarantee availability of spaces on specific alternative dates.
Refunds can only be processed back to the person who paid for the course.
